Description
Chablis is home to the world's most unique Chardonnay. This region's iconic wine style is due to the terroir, which is made up of ancient soils that date back to the Upper Jurassic period. Jean-Marc Brocard began cultivating vines here back in 1973. His son Julien has since taken over the reins, and his passion for sustainable organic and biodynamic methods has taken winemaking to another level. The majority of Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from Southern Burgundy. But this is made from vineyards located between Chablis and Sancerre.
