This zesty, tropical Sauvignon Blanc is from critically acclaimed, surfer-turned-winemaker Duncan Savage - Tim Atkin MW's Winemaker of the Year 2022 - and sixth-generation winemaker Thys Low. They source most of their grapes from coastal vineyards in the Western Cape that are cooled by Atlantic breezes, helping grapes develop crisp and herbaceous aromas. The rest come from Paardeberg, an area renowned for producing wines with delicious tropical-fruit flavours.
