Right now (and for the past 20 years) Lizzie is the only female with her name on a signature skateboarding shoe, but she didn't set out to make a women's skate shoe, she wanted to make a great shoe for more skaters whose needs were not being met. Vans listened to her when she said that most impact cushioning left her floating above her board, disconnected. So we updated the impact cushioning.
