This luscious fizz is the work of Valerio Civa at his family winery in Friuli. It lies very close, in fact, to famous names Livio Feluga, Marco Feluga and Jermann, whose top wines fetch up to £70 a bottle. Valerio remembers, as a child helping his grandfather all summer in the vineyards, breathing in the aromas of the grapes and the countryside.
