Bassist in top Britpop band Blur, Alex James had a passion for food and wanted to make a difference. He moved to a farmhouse in the Cotswolds and began to make artisan cheeses. Then, delicious local tipples - first Britpop cider and now two exceptional English sparkling wines. He's joined forces with an award-winning estate and the outcome is Britbop Brut and Rosé.
