Champagne from small family estates provides superb quality and excellent value. We're delighted to champion the great classic fizz of Cyril and Frédéric Gyéjacquot. Their father, Michel, founded the estate with his brother, Daniel, in 1970, and started to build up their vineyards. They now span seven villages and nurture the three main varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier - also with, unusually, a little Pinot Blanc.
