Côte de Brouilly is a small appellation that lies on the slopes of Mont Brouilly in the heart of Beaujolais. It's one of just ten crus in the region - areas recognised for the particularly high quality of their wines. Château des Ravatys has been producing such wines here since 1850, and it's built up a stellar reputation. Today, the wines are made by Aurélie de Vermont, who comes from a long line of Beaujolais winemakers.
