Création d'Emilie is crafted by the owner of Domaine du Père Caboche, Emilie, daughter of Jean-Pierre Boisson. Their family has been associated with Châteauneuf-du-Pape for centuries, with Jean-Pierre a former mayor of this premium appellation. Création d'Emilie combines the four main terroirs of the region. Le Crau, its most famous and finest cru, with pebbles on red clay that contribute to the fullness of the wine. Then Les Serres, with its pebbles and alluvium soil, great for Grenache.
