Lyne Marchive's 27-hectare domaine is one of the best we've found in Chablis and makes some of the most consistently outstanding wines. When she was starting out, Lyne wanted to take a place at wine school in Beaune, but discovering she would be the only girl, she decided to simply learn 'on the job'.
