The Pouilly-Fuissé appellation neighbours Saint-Véran in the southern Mâconnais and it's home to some of Burgundy's richest, ripest white wines. The multi-award-winning Domaine Trouillet have been established here for over a hundred years. Still family run today, it's currently managed by fourth-generation winemaker, William.
