Description
At 2,100 metres above sea level, Don Aldo's Pedro Ximénez vines account for the highest in Chile. This lofty altitude does wonders for the berries, lending full flavour concentration and intense aromas. As a variety best known for making superb, sweet, fortified wines, it shows its class here as an aromatic, dry white. A splash of Chardonnay brings bright peach fruit to the fresh, citrusy minerality. The wine is from two Italian winemakers - Don Aldo and Giorgio Flessati.
