To champion our homegrown wine industry, Laithwaites has teamed up with English Heritage to create two new sparkling wines - a classic Brut and an elegant rosé. Both are made at Sussex's Ridgeview estate by award-winning winemaker Simon Roberts. For these cuvées, he selects grapes from the estate's south-facing slopes, then guides the fruit from vineyard to bottle using Champagne's traditional method, including long lees ageing.
