Winemaker Mark Hoddy works in a winery close to Béziers, in southern France. He also lives nearby, in Pézenas, so he's always ready to leap on a special parcel of grapes - in the vineyard or when it comes into the cellar. For many years, he's been watching out for some top-quality Grenache Gris to match what he'd found back in 2012. Finally, a decade later, he succeeded.
