Description
Haut Vol translates to 'top flight' in French. And if you ever get to visit their vineyards, you'll see why. Their grapes are grown on a hilly Languedoc vineyard, where they benefit from plenty of sunlight and cool Mediterranean breezes. It's a blend of Grenache and Carignan, two grapes that flourish in this type of climate. Expect light and fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry. These fresh flavours would pair with something equally vibrant, like a green salad.
