Our Epiphanie label is usually reserved for very top wines from Bordeaux - Premier or Grand Cru Classé - from wineries that are willing to part with a little excess stock, as long as we don't reveal the source. Here, however, we have a supremely elegant, top-class white from South Africa and one of its most premium regions - Constantia. Royalty of Europe were praising the sweet wines from there over 200 years ago.
