Telmo Rodriguez presides at one of Spain's most iconic family estates - Remelluri in Rioja. It was a monastery in the 14th century and bought in 1967 by Jaime Rodriguez, who handed it over to his children, Telmo and Amaia, in 2010. Telmo has had a wealth of experience, travelling the world, before he returned to make a difference in Spain. He is something of a rebel, breaking away from the tradition of heavily oaked Rioja to wines with purer fruit.
