Revel in the rich, dark-spiced flavours of the Portugal's finest with this exceptional red. It's from José Lobo de Vasconcelos's 18th-century family estate, Quinta do Casal Branco. There he has extensive vineyards, but just one with vines at least a century old, some much older. It's been dubbed 'illegal' by the authorities, simply because the vineyard is dotted with equally ancient olive trees - a practice no longer allowed.
