Description
Maison Sassy is the modern face of traditional Normandy cider. They are based in Château de Sassy, the family estate of Audiffret Pasquier, who have been making great ciders and Calvados since 1852. Today, however, they are giving ciders a great modern twist, daring you to drink it differently. In a cocktail even. Their small range uses a selection of apples and pears, all sourced locally and free from additives and added sugar. Just pure fruit. Such is the quality of their ciders, that some of the world's greatest chefs have included them on their list. They include Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon and Alexandre Gauthier to name three. Their full flavoured Brut is made from 22 varieties of apple from orchards close by. An award winner too.
