An exciting white made by two nature-friendly sisters. Marie and Sylvie Courselle run their family's sustainable château in Bordeaux. It has all the credentials - HVE3, Terra Vitis and Bee Happy. Ace winemaking runs in the family too - and they have trained at some exceptional estates. They always make great wines, but we challenged them to a 'Gentle Riot'. To make wine differently. And they delivered! It's a blend of Sauvignons Gris and Blanc, and Sémillon - all estate grown.
