To adjust the seat a simple pull on the yellow handle and the seat slides to your desired position. To keep you motivated the Black LCD Console provides a number of built in programmes including Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. Add a tablet or Smartphone to the Spirits XBR55's tablet holder and you can access to well known training apps such as Zwift, KinoMaps and Spirits own Spirit+ App. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment.
