A fruit-inspired rum from the Barbados Plantation range. Cognac Ferrand has long had ties with the finest rum producers of the Caribbean, selling them prized ex-Cognac casks in which to age the spirit. In 1989 Cognac Ferrand's champion blender Alexandre Gabriel came across some very old vats of rum and was so impressed he decided to do a special bottling. So the Plantation range was born.
