Domaine Watson is a small Burgundy property born 30 years ago from the passion of Chris Watson (father of Alex and Emma Watson). He has seven vineyards, divided between Chablis and its red wine neighbour, Irancy. All the Chardonnay, grown on south-facing slopes, is reserved for the family's crisp, citrusy white, while the pomace of the Grand Cru grapes is upcycled for the distillation of the fine Renais gin.
