The Spirit CRW800 electronic rower is Spirits next generation of stylish rower. Most rowers use one form of resistance but the Spirit CRW800 uses a combination of two-air and electro magnetic resistance. As the speed of the stroke increases, the metal fan generates more airflow, increasing the resistance but also available is remote control buttons in the handle, which allow you to make an additional 16 electronic changes to the level of resistance.
