This is allows you to stride out exactly the way you would outside on the road and because you determine the speed the Sprintbok treadmill has no limits. The treadmill is extremely durable and robust and all moving parts have been greased for life which equates to 10 hours a day, every day, for 10 years, resulting in zero maintenance. Its unique slats flexion system and soft rubber treads give a wonderful cushioning feeling without too much bounce and also contribute to vibration reduction.
