Whiskey-making has been in the Teeling family since 1782. Today, Jack and Stephen Teeling - the latest generation - are making their own innovative mark on the distilling scene. This small-batch whiskey challenges the convention of what an Irish blend can be, and the result is seriously complex and flavourful. Hand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskies are aged first in ex-Bourbon barrels, then blended and matured in Central American rum casks for a further 12 months.
