Alongside the likes of Pinot Grigio, Italy produces fine, subtle tasting whites from a plethora of unique grapes. One of the best is Greco, a speciality in Campania's Greco di Tufo appellation. This crisp, apple and lemon scented wine comes from the Irpinian hills near Naples. The region's climate is ideal for cultivating vines.
