A great feature of the Bodytone ZROBv1 Air Bike is the way the air resistance increase gradually as you pedal and push and pull on the handle bars. You can pedal gently to maintain an easy pace or you can pedal faster pushing harder on the handle bars resulting in more air being generated by the 68cm (27") fan flywheel, resulting in more resistance. Put your feet on the foot rests and just push and pull on the handle bars for an isolated upper body workout. The saddle can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally for the perfect riding position. The LCD console offers a crisp, clear vision of workout data as well as offering a range of programmes. In addition the console has built in messaging to inspire you and keep you motivated. The Bodytone ZROBv1 Air Bike is made of high-strength steel, coated with an industrial powder coating and with all sealed parts that guarantee a long service life without the need for maintenance.
