SPIRIT XE295 ELLIPTICAL If you are looking for slightly more from your elliptical than the Spirit XE195, then the Spirit XE295 is the perfect choice. Not everyone is aware what an elliptical is trying to accomplish. It's goal is to simulate the motion of walking or running without the impact of the ground below your feet. If you hung from a harness and pretended to run your feet would make the shape of a perfect ellipse and that is what an elliptical trainer should achieve and Spirit ellipticals do this better than most. The XE295 has multi grip handles allowing you to place you hands in various positions resulting in more muscle involvement of the arms, shoulders and back. With its extra user weight capabilities comes a robust dual track configuration. The Spirit XE295 elliptical has a heavier 14kg flywheel that guarantees a smooth motion no matter what number you have chosen from the 20 levels of resistance. A 20" (51cm) stride length provides a natural 'feel' and the cushioned foot pedals can be angled at three different positions for a more customised elliptical motion. The Black LCD console offers the same programmes as the XE195 but with the addition of 4 x heart rate controlled programmes and a dedicated tablet/Smartphone holder. Other additions include a heavier user weight 23.5 Stone (150kg), USB charging port and integrate bluetooth speakers. PLEASE NOTE: Spirit equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
