The Dalmore has set the standard for cask ageing for over 150 years. Master Distiller Richard Paterson has been the creative force here for nearly five decades. He hand-selects the casks from the world's finest wineries, bodegas and distilleries and ages the whiskies in them to create something truly remarkable. This 18-year-old Single Malt has been matured in a number of casks previously used to age bourbon whisky and Oloroso sherries.
