Description
The Zuccardi family estate was founded in 1963 by Alberto, the grandfather of today's superstar winemaker Sebastián. The winery is an angular, almost brutalist structure, designed as a tribute to the austerity of the landscape it complements. Constructed with utmost respect for the grape, the cellar is fully gravity fed. You won't find any stainless steel here - all the tanks are concrete - hence the wine's unusual name.
